HR & QA Manager (Job Ref 18-13)

A great opportunity to work for a well-respected local charity with a proud history of working with young people in Devon.  Working to change the odds in favour of young people we have a track record of supporting those most in need with their housing, emotional health, skills and ensuring their voices are heard in decision making.

With good experience in managing people and processes the right candidate will have a passion for improvement, both in their own work and how they support others to implement change and quality assurance. 

An understanding of the charity sector and our work will help but if you have knowledge and background in delivering effective HR management and know what it takes to positively support and influence colleagues then we’d love to hear from you.

Salary - £29,412 per annum

Full-time (37 hours per week), permanent position, primarily based at Young Devon Central Office, Ivybridge
