Salary - £23,257 pro rata

Part-time (20 -30 hrs per week negotiable) based at our Supported Housing projects in Ivybridge

Permanent Contract

Young Devon are looking to recruit a Project Lead, for our supported housing projects in South and West Devon.  You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence.

You will provide strong leadership to the staff, to ensure they are managed and supported to deliver the targets and outcomes of the project, and take responsibility for ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed.

You will provide some direct support and life skills coaching to residents.

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management.
