Senior Youth Support Worker

Space, an inclusive youth and community organisation, is seeking to recruit youth workers who strive to be the best in their field. This post is for 20 hours a week, which will include two to three evenings a week in a youth club setting. You will need to have experience in working with young people. The role includes the planning and delivery of inclusive, educational and fun programmes. We are seeking candidates that are creative, collaborative and motivated to make a difference. You will be required to engage young people, challenge negative behaviour and support groups and individuals to recognise their aspirations and celebrate diversity.
