Join Step In: Our innovative two year paid Youth Work Training Programme

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people?

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to develop high-quality youth work skills and approaches? Look no further!

We are excited to offer an exclusive opportunity to join Step In, our Youth Work Development Training Programme. This innovative acceleration programme combines direct delivery and immersive learning experiences to nurture the next generation of skilled and dedicated youth workers.

Step In is a two-year paid youth work training programme that offers the opportunity to learn how to become a professional youth worker in our Space Youth Centres. It is a unique developmental opportunity designed to create the next generation of skilled and passionate youth workers.

The programme will help accelerate the participants' professional journey by combining on-the-job learning with study and training, with the opportunity to complete level 4 leadership and management in your third year.

We will be holding some informal online chat sessions where you can learn more about these roles. These are completely optional and will be held on the below dates and times. If you would like to join one of these sessions, please contact lisa.rutter@spacepsm.org for a link to join.
