Buckfastleigh Community Development has an amazing opportunity for a skilled Youth Work Manager to continue the ongoing success of our Youth Work delivery through The Bungalow Youth Project in Buckfastleigh. This is a new role which will be leading and working with an experienced team to build on our great connections with young people and their families.

The National Lottery Community Fund has just awarded three-year funding to support our commitment to creating a youth-led, asset-based community development organisation, making this a fantastic time to join our organisation.
