Youth Support Worker - Bovey Tracey Youth Cafe

(3 contracted hours per week, with the possibility of more when required).

Salary - Up to £10.42 per hour.

Bovey Tracey Youth Action, a Charity, is seeking to fill the post of Youth Support Worker at Bovey Tracey Youth Café.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone either with experience or looking to gain experience of supporting young people between ages 10-18 in an informal youth work setting.

The successful candidate will support young people during lively and fun drop-in sessions at the Youth Cafe.  Although experience is desirable it is not essential although you do need to be energetic and have a desire to work as part of a team supporting young people in the town.

Bovey Tracey Youth Action is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for the role.
